PREFACE Many people have difficulty in finding words to express how they feel at the best of times but so much more difficult when it comes to affairs of the heart. Such a sensitive issue when one is genuine. Being a sensitive romantic from way back, Lisbeth finds the words are able to flow from the fountain of love when the time arises to write. For years she has been writing on behalf of a loved one’s sister, brother, mother and/or father , wives, husbands, sweethearts and would be sweethearts. She is often asked, ‘but how can you write such words of love when it is for someone else:’ Her reply is , ‘I simply put my Self in the other’s shoes and the empathy & sincerity I feel is transformed into the words I would say if I were in that position.’ For people from afar, she asks for a photograph of the person for whom the poem is written, looks into their eyes and leaves the rest to her intuition.
